Shipping Map

Products are sent via USPS, FEDEX, FREIGHT LINE and UPS, unless other special shipping arrangements are desired. Shipment is typically accomplished in one to two days of your order for non custom orders, with average delivery 2-5 business days thereafter depending upon your location. Products requiring custom options such as fountains and build to order birdhouses and feeders with a variety of color and roof options may take 2-3 weeks for completion depending on the backlog of orders. The shipping costs affiliated with a final order are calculated based upon delivery within the contiguous United States (international shipments unavailable) on the basis of the following schedule:

  • *SHIPPING INCLUDED on Orders totaling more than $100.00.
  • $7.95 per TOTAL ORDER for all other orders (covers base shipping & handling charges).
  • Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery within the contiguous United States. Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day Express, and shipment to Alaska & Hawaii, can be arranged but an exact cost of shipping will have to be established and added to your order costs. This can be done immediately after your order. We will calculate the additional costs and e-mail them to you for your approval prior to shipment. If you have special needs in this regard, please contact us.

Safe Shopping Guarantee:
ABirdsWorld.com guarantees that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Return/Exchange Policy/Money Back Guarantee

We carry products that are guaranteed by their manufacturer, many are guaranteed for life. Should you desire to return any stocked product within 30 days of purchase simply e-mail us at returns@abirdsworld.com stating the name of the product, your original order number, and your reason for return. We will contact you with specific return instructions for that particular product. It is extremely helpful if you include your original order number. For Custom Orders Please note: that due to variations in color settings on individual computers and the imprecision of the casting process we cannot guarantee your color selection will be an exact match, nor accept a return based upon color discrepancies. However for most of our fountains, we do offer individual stone samples for $5.00 apiece or the entire sample set for $140.00.

(Please note that we only pay shipping charges in the event the product was defective and you notified us immediately upon receipt, otherwise customer is responsible for original shipping and handling fees as well as return shipping costs.)

 If you prefer we may be able to arrange an exchange for an identical or different product.Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.Product must be returned in its original packaging along with any affiliated paperwork, warranties, etc. This helps make our job alot easier. Remember to contact us first for return information, otherwise your return cannot be accepted. A 10% restocking fee is attributed to all returns but will be waived in the event of an exchange.

Warranty Items

Many of the products we sell include manufacturer warranties. Some carry lifetime guarantees. In these cases we will instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly if there is a defective or damaged product. We offer one main assurance, regardless of our established written policies, our main concern is your total satisfaction. We will work tirelessly to assure that you are satisfied with the quality of our products and our commitment to service.
